03 — Artificial intelligence

AI that gets the job done.

We don't sell promises. We implement solutions we built ourselves and use every day — and we teach teams how to use them.

// Implementation

Less retyping, more work that matters.

01

Assistants trained on your company data

A chat that knows your procedures, prices and documents — it answers customers or staff and cites its source.

02

Document automation

Invoices, receipts, orders: AI reads the document from a photo or PDF and enters the data where it belongs.

03

Voice instead of keyboard

You dictate in the car or on site — the system turns speech into a finished document.

04

Integrations

We connect AI models to the systems you already use: shop, CRM, accounting, email.

Synomi

Synomi and Daisy, the assistant

A business app for entrepreneurs in the Netherlands — on the App Store, on Android and in the browser. Built with expats in mind: you use it in your own language, while every document and report is produced in Dutch, in line with Dutch regulations.

AI is a working tool here, not an add-on — like having your own secretary at hand. No need to struggle with not knowing Dutch — you have Daisy.

  • Voice-To-Invoice™ — you run the app with your voice.
  • Expenses from a photo: receipts and invoices read automatically.
  • Answers to questions about regulations, quoting official sources (Belastingdienst, KvK). Daisy doesn’t talk nonsense: we’ve brought hallucinations down to almost zero — if she doesn’t know something, she won’t make it up or cite fake sources or links.
  • Speech recognition and synthesis on our own servers in the Netherlands.
  • And much, much more.

Akademia VCA

Akademia VCA® and assistant Kasia

A training centre in the Netherlands and Belgium. Kasia, the assistant on the website, tells customers about courses, dates and exams and answers the most frequently asked questions. She takes office work off the Akademia team’s hands. The model is constantly being refined and improved.

  • Speaks five languages: Polish, Dutch, English, Ukrainian and Slovak.
  • Knows the course offering and guides people to sign up.
  • "Show me, Kasia" — a step-by-step guided tour of the website.
  • Takes repetitive questions off the office's plate.

TranslationBox™ — breaks down language barriers

Listen to the lecture and ask questions in your own language.

Simultaneous interpretation in the training room or lecture hall. The trainer speaks in their own language, and every participant hears them through headphones in theirs. A participant asks a question in their own language — the trainer hears it in the trainer’s language, and the other participants in theirs.

A question asked in Spanish reaches the trainer in, say, Polish, and the other participants in English and Turkish. Smoothly, in both directions.

This is already the sixth version of TranslationBox. For two years it has been hard at work on Akademia VCA® courses — every lecture gives us room to keep refining and improving it.

72% lowest VCA exam score (July 2026) — every participant who followed the lecture in their own language passed. The lecture was given in English, Ukrainian and Turkish.
20+ supported languages
25 months of experience in professional, industry-specific translation
Languages
1 lecture language and 3 simultaneous translations, chosen from 20 languages. The trainer sets up TranslationBox™ on a tablet: picks a female or male voice, follows the translation as it happens and, if needed, adjusts the pace of the lecture to the pace of the translation.
Context
Translates whole sentences and stays on topic. On a safety course it speaks the language of safety, on a course for doctors — the language of medicine. And the trainer’s jokes? Not every saying has a literal equivalent in another language, so TranslationBox translates by context, into the saying that means the same thing there. In Polish it “pours like from a bucket” (leje jak z cebra), in English it’s raining cats and dogs, and in Dutch it rains pipe stems (het regent pijpenstelen).
Delay
3.5–5 seconds, depending on sentence length. The trainer doesn’t have to wait for the translation — they speak freely and TranslationBox does the rest. Everything the trainer and the students say is queued and translated with the context intact.
Range
Up to 800 m for both the trainer and the listeners — covers the largest lecture halls.
Wireless
We use proven Sennheiser technology: a headset microphone for the trainer and wireless headphones for the students.
Two trainers
The system can handle two trainers at the same time, speaking the same language.

Most used: English, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish

Let's start with a conversation

Wherever possible, we process data on our own servers in the Netherlands (speech recognition, document search). The model providers we use via API do not train their models on your data.

Our goal is to take the boring, repetitive work off people's plates — retyping, searching, answering the same questions. Decisions stay with people.

We implement and train in Polish, Dutch and English. Assistants can talk to your customers in their own language.

Always a tailor-made quote — it depends on the scope and the number of people. We start with a short, no-obligation conversation.
