Order terms — 3D printing
Version of 8 October 2026
1. Who we are
Orange Frog Studio, 's-Gravelandseweg 397, 3125 BJ Schiedam, the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 64597237 · VAT NL002503698B85 · hello@orangefrogstudio.nl
2. Scope
These terms apply to ordering 3D prints through the configurator on orangefrogstudio.nl, by consumers and by businesses. Branding projects, websites, AI implementation and training, and 3D model design are carried out on the basis of a tailor-made quote — these terms do not apply to them.
3. Your file
- We print from the STL or 3MF file you upload.
- Before ordering, you see a preview of the model, its dimensions and the selected file unit. You are responsible for the model, dimensions and scale being what you want to receive.
- We do not check whether the model is suitable for its intended use (strength, fit, safe use) — the author of the model is responsible for its design.
- By ordering, you confirm that you are entitled to use the file and that the print does not infringe anyone else's rights (such as copyright or trademarks). If anyone holds us liable for this, you are responsible.
- We do not print items prohibited by law, weapons or parts of weapons, or items that infringe the rights of others. Such orders are cancelled and fully refunded.
4. Price
- The price is calculated automatically from the model and the selected options: technology, material, colour, quality, infill, finish and quantity. It covers material, printing time, supports, preparation and the selected finish.
- Prices are in euros, including 21% VAT. You see the delivery cost at checkout, before paying.
- A minimum order value applies per line, and larger quantities get a quantity discount. Both are shown in the price details in the configurator.
- The price shown when you place the order is binding. If the price was clearly too low due to an obvious technical error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.
5. Order and conclusion of the contract
- You place an order by entering your details at checkout and paying.
- The contract is concluded once the payment is confirmed — we then send you an email with the order number and a summary.
- Unpaid orders are not carried out. If the payment fails, you can try again on your order page.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. You choose the available payment method (e.g. iDEAL, card, Bancontact) on Mollie's payment page. We do not see or store your card or bank account details.
7. Production
- We choose the print settings and the model's orientation on the printer to get the best result.
- Production usually takes 3 to 14 working days from payment confirmation, depending on the number and size of the models.
- We keep you updated by email: when your order goes into production and when it has been shipped or is ready for pick-up. You can also see the status on your order page.
- If a consumer does not receive the order within 30 days of payment, they may cancel the contract, unless we agreed on a different term.
8. Delivery and pick-up
- We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany with PostNL or DHL. Once shipped, you receive the tracking number and a tracking link by email.
- You can also choose free local pick-up — when your print is ready, we arrange a time by email.
- For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes on delivery.
9. Characteristics of 3D prints
3D printing has natural characteristics that are not defects: visible layer lines, support marks (with the "raw" finish), small differences in colour and gloss between material batches and small dimensional deviations typical of the technology. The preview in the configurator is a visualisation — colours on screen may differ from the material.
10. No right of withdrawal
We print according to your file and the options you selected, i.e. made to order. Under Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code, consumers therefore have no 14-day right of withdrawal. Your rights in the event of defects (section 11) remain unaffected.
11. Complaints
- If a print is defective or does not match your order, email hello@orangefrogstudio.nl with photos and your order number. We ask consumers to report a defect within 2 months of discovering it.
- Report transport damage as soon as possible, with photos of the parcel and packaging.
- We resolve a justified complaint with a reprint, repair or refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Liability
- We are not liable for how a print is used or for consequences of the model's design (section 3).
- Towards business customers, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned; this limitation does not apply in the event of intent or gross negligence.
- The limitations in this section do not affect consumers' mandatory rights.
13. Your files
- We use your files only to calculate the price and carry out your order. We do not share them and do not print them for others.
- Files that do not end up in a paid order are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Files from orders are kept for 12 months after the order is completed or cancelled — for complaints or repeat orders — and then deleted.
14. Cancellation by us
If an order cannot be carried out technically or violates section 3, we cancel it, let you know by email and refund the full amount using the same payment method.
15. Governing law and disputes
- Contracts are governed by Dutch law. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
- If you have a problem, please contact us first — we will look for a solution together.
- Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to a consumer's right to go to the court of their place of residence.
16. Language versions
These terms are available in Dutch, English and Polish. The version in the language in which the order was placed is binding.
